Howard Napper is a Yoga Teacher, Author, Broadcaster and Lifestyle Expert.
Through his numerous DVDs, books and television appearances, Howard has become one of the best-known faces of yoga in the UK.
In recent years, his open and knowledgeable approach has enabled him to reach out beyond the confines of traditional yoga, to address some of the fundamentals of the human condition, including stress and the way in which we age.
His unique classes are aimed at offering simple solutions to a host of problems including stress and anxiety, back pain, shoulder issues, longevity and lots more.
He hosts a number of yoga workshops in the UK and internationally, and also runs a unique weekly drop-in stress class in London.
Howard has collaborated with a number of leading brands including Kellogg’s Special K, GMTV, Boots and WH Smith. He also co-authored the best selling book Pilates and Yoga and writes for a number of magazines.
He can often be seen on TV and has previously hosted his own series of show “Simply Yoga with Howard Napper” (ITV2).

Howard is based is West London where he teaches at a number of local yoga centres. Howard also offers private one-to-one and group sessions in the immediate area. He can also be booked for private workshops on a range of subjects relating to yoga and general wellbeing, either in the UK or overseas.
